"The grounds are beautiful, but the service is lacking. They are very understaffed. While, the staff was typically professional. I would not describe them as engaging. Calabash is average food at best, and the staff gets overwhelmed very easy. The food takes forever. We did have a wonderful time in Barbados in general and did not spend much time at the resort. "The pictures look MUCH better than the property. For the rate I paid, I could've got much better. The pool chairs are all sunk in and worn out. The room was very shabby. It was overall very shabby. The pictures were probably taken when the property first opened if that was 10 years ago"

"The beach area was never crowded, chairs were always available. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was clean & restocked. Bar food exceeded our expectations. Snorkeling right off the beach was an added plus! Security & front desk staff were always friendly. An overall excellent experience! "

"We had the absolute best time at the Abidah. The grounds were perfect. Loved the quaint neighborhood and the beach is 60 second walk away. You could walk right down to Oistins too for fun any night. It was totally perfect. Staff was so attentive and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Nikki at the front desk, Sharona, Kyle and Kristina in the dining room and Victor and Andreah at the bar. Truly Everyone was wonderful and We felt so spoiled and taken care of. And the chef was fantastic!!! Wonderful food and drinks all around. Fun music playing all the time. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and will be back one day! Thank you Abidah for the best honeymoon ever. "
