Hotel with a Concierge in Central Java from SAR 104

"Next Trip kalo.ke Cilacap saya gak bakal nginep di Hotel ini lagi. Heheh... Karena: 1. Cek in lama, dan banyak gak sesuai request. Malah beberapa dapat kamar smoking. 2. Lokasi tidak dekat dengan pusta kota (keramaian/alun-alun) 3. Saat mau sarapan sempat tidak diperbolehkan, karena dianggap booking room only. (Ada miss di sistem reservasi hotel dengan penyedia aplikasi). Beruntung resepsionisnya memahami dan solutif, ahirnya bisa sarapan."

"Property is nice. The Shower in my room didn’t work properly. Breakfast was not as good as last time I was at the hotel( last year) All in all a good hotel."

"I booked this for one of my vendor who had stayed here for a few times in the past 2 years. However this time they were dissapointed. The room was messy and dusty like it hasn't been cleaned for sometimes. There are cockroach and leaking shower that goes to the bedroom. "

"Hotel location is good, near to shopping malls, eateries, banks. Overall staff is very friendly and always willing to help and assist. Look forward to coming back for another short stay..."
