Waterpark Hotels in Catalonia from SAR 290

"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was included in our stay and had some tea there, the food selection was ok, but did not cager to vegetarians at all. No veggie alternatives. The buffet...

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "

"Rubbish hotel definitely not 4 stars! 2 stars at best! Breakfast was terrible they had a Spanish omelette out on the hot counter looked nice and was only thing that looked edible! it was ice cold in middle had to microwave to heat it but it was horrible day two wasn’t any so just had toast. The chef can’t even cook eggs he makes one side and leaves the raw on a plate and when asked a question to actually cook and egg he was rude!! The room was crap booked a quadruple room paid full price for 4...

"We didn’t like the pool hours were only from 10am to 6pm. Since we only spend one night and arrived at 7 we missed the night swimming and check out was at 10am so we missed the day time hours. The doors to the hallway were thin allowing noise in our room. We loved the food options and the entertainment for the night was awesome! Wish we had of stayed a couple of days to experience more of the resorts options. "

"Pluses 1. Fab location a short walk from the beach and many shops 2. Sizeable family orientated complex. 3. Excellent themed menus on certain nights 4. 3 good pools which the kids loved Minuses 1. Not many but the I wish the pool restrictions against inflatables was enforced. It made adult swimming difficult. We saw the staff enforcing the reserving of pool loungers so that was good. 2. Seats at the evening entertainment were at a premium ( but we were there in peak season! ) "
