"Staff were excellent and night staff was very helpful for a medical emergency with partner. Room and bed were comfortable. Clean and functional bathroom. Main issue was accessing hotel. On arrival taxi had to drop us off a block away cause plaza was closed off. We couldn't find the hotel mainly due to lack of signage and the very small lane/street on entrance had a different name. Found the hotel after entering a store and asking for directions. Hotel only has a H as main signage. On 2 occasions...

"Good value for the stay. Slightly tired condition for the room and pool but we had fun in the pool and the beds were comfy. Room was big and had everything you would need. Staff were excellent and really helpful. Chilled place. Some good places near by for eats. I would stay again as for me it was value for money. "

"Good property at a convenient location, near to the beach and freeway. Ocean view rooms are available. The daily complimentary happy hours are very good with a wide spread of wine and other liquors, food and other snacks. Breakfast needs more variety though, it’s the same every day. Well connected. Taxi’s are parked right outside the hotel which makes it easier for quick in and out."
