"We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting pur friend about 30 minures north. The area is in the heart of downtown Swansea city. Surrounding area is a bit noisy, bustling in the evening. "This is a gem! Room was spotless with plenty of tea, coffees etc, there was even biscuits. Plenty of hanging space. There were even a few books in case you wanted to read. Plenty of lights and plugs. The room i was in faced the beach which is quite literally across the road. There was a very comfortable chair and a little table right in front of the window, it was lovely watching the Mumbles Lighthouse at night! There was also a 2 seater sofa that doubles as another bed if needed. ...

"The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . "

"Lovely tidy property, had all the mods and cons needed but the walls were a little thin and we could hear our nextdoor neighbours, And they could probably hear us. The hot tub was a selling point for us but unfortunately it wasn’t the cleanest and couldn’t use it for long. (2 evenings max). Also, the bed was a little too short for my 6ft4 husband."
