"The attention is good but, They knocked on my door at 6:00 am to move my car, which I left parked and not in anyone's way, but another person came to block another car that was next to me and they came to wake me up because they said the owner need to leave and I wasn’t blocking it, and on another occasion they did it at midnight last March, so I have two similar and very unpleasant experiences in this place that apparently does not take respect for its guests seriously.Other reason is if rain is almost impossible to get in into the hotel because everything flooded.."

"The staff were excellent, the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff in the cafeteria were friendly and helpful and very accommodating .
