"Property looks old and we had washroom issues flush was not working, staff tried to fixed next day but it didn’t work it was on/off. I travelled with family and it was so much inconvenience. I booked 3 days but originally but I cancelled last night and the management refused to refund but at the end they returned half of the amount for 3rd night and I lost the money as well. "

"Apartment, location was excellent & clean! Apartment did not have a kettle or hairdryer but didn’t damper the holiday. Bistro restaurant was really good and staff very friendly! Would stay again!"

"Extra 2CHF fee if you pay with card. Room was small and cold. In the shower water was just warmish, more cold. Internet was good. Host is kindly. There is a supermaket nearby. Breakfast was good with eggs, cheese, salami and jam."

"NIE WIEDER! Sehr schlechtes Personal, welches fast nie vor Ort anwesend war und auch keine Auskunft zum Restaurant/Bar (Frühstück) und Check-out geben konnte. Wir standen beim Check-out vor einer leeren Reception und bei Nachfrage hiess es, dass wir noch bis 14:00 Uhr warten müssen (Check-out gemäss Info-Mail und Infobroschüre im Zimmer 11:00 Uhr). "Close to train station but a little out of the way from town centre. Could have been better with a bar fridge. The main receptionist was very helpful and made our stay very pleasant"
