"NIE WIEDER! Sehr schlechtes Personal, welches fast nie vor Ort anwesend war und auch keine Auskunft zum Restaurant/Bar (Frühstück) und Check-out geben konnte. Wir standen beim Check-out vor einer leeren Reception und bei Nachfrage hiess es, dass wir noch bis 14:00 Uhr warten müssen (Check-out gemäss Info-Mail und Infobroschüre im Zimmer 11:00 Uhr). Ebenfalls wusste er auch nicht Bescheid, ob das Zimmer (inkl. oder exkl. Frühstück) bereits bezahlt wurde. Ein Päärchen, welches bereits den vollen...
