"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a small problem with the heating system in our room and the young lady in the reception offered us an electric heater which was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaner was also very lovely and friendly lady. The hotel is located very close to the airport which is a great advantage for those travelling with planes. "

"My family and I had a nice stay at Mama shelter. It was a quick walk and even quicker tram ride from the Pfaffenthan-kirchberg train stop. "Be careful not to get this one mixed up with the other central hotel in Luxembourg, this one is on Rue Du Kiem in Neudorf (short distance to Kirchberg). Yes, there were a few niggles here and there, but my general feelings about the Central were good. The room was nice and modern, the bed comfortable and the room quiet and a comfortable temperature. We visited in October and all was fine, however the hotel does not have any air conditioning, so in the summer months, things may be different....
