"Stop over on the way back to Bilbao. Beautiful area, hotel is a little tricky to find its up a dead end mountain road in a small hamlet but stunning views, not ideal for young children but i new this before booking with our toddler, they had a travel cot available and heated his food for him so we where very happy, they have 2 dogs at the hotel so if you don't like dogs its probably not for you. "Basic hotel convenient for an evening arrival on the ferry for those who don't want to drive far on the first night. Hotel overlooks open countryside to the town beyond. Rooms could do with better soundproofing, ours was just above open reception area and quite noisy and we could hear water pumping around all the time."
