"This was a beautiful old hotel, the staff tried very hard to accommodate and overcome any language barriers. The bar was small and cute and the heated pool and spa looked beautiful. Our room had no lifts only a narrow set of old stairs, that was a struggle with our luggage. The room itself was very noisy at night we both woke up on several occasions due to the sounds of the old building. "This is not a big chain hotel with cookie-cutter amenities and sterile facilities. It presents as a family run, quaint, quiet and comfortable place to stay while exploring Normandy. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The facility is not brand new, but is well-maintained. I would and will stay here again."
