"A mixed bag really- On the Plus side were polite and courteous staff,Comfortable and clean room, and lovely pool and location. On the down side was restricted use of pool on first day due to it being cleaned in the middle of afternoon by an electric device, Mediocre food and a balcony that had not been cleaned prior to arrival or during our stay. Has the potential to be terrific but attention to detail needs to be improved to get it to an outstanding level."

"Having arrived in Cerchiara di Calabria for an overnight stay our original hotel booked 'Villa Santa Maria' was a total let down as there was no one at the hotel!
