"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Icis Villas. The units were clean and comfortable, and overall the property had a welcoming and local feel. Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase! "Local hotel with nice accommodations. Nothing "Fancy" but has what you need for comfort. Grocery store in walking distance to pick up what you may need. Walkable to Ferry(Travel to Virgin Gorda) & Pier Park where cruise ships come in so plenty of shops, restaurants etc. No Beach in this area so Travel to one is inconvenient...no local bus service, but always possible :)Taxi service is EXPENSIVE. Pool was not available (not cleaned), maybe because of Hurricane Ernesto. I enjoyed my stay!"
