"Staffs are nice. Although the huge hot pool was broken and under maintenance, the staff gave me wrong information every day and told me it's fixed! There was no tissue in the room. The restaurant didn't have the bill. You have to guess how much we ate."

"Check in was a little tricky since the receptionist only spoke Portuguese. However, there were no issues and we were given the key to our room. The room was clean but a little worn out. The breakfast was a buffet with great options including sausage, ham, cheese, cereal, juices, and fruit. Location is in the town center which is great during the day, however, at night all the shops are closed and it seemed quite scary so we took an Uber to the mall for dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel...

"Dirty room and bathroom. Looks like they didn’t clean the room for a year. A lot of insects dead on floor, disgusting sheets (stained and torn), cobwebs and lots of dust on the curtains. Unbelievable!! "
