"The hotel is located in historical center of La Paz, 2 minutes walking from Basilica San Francisco, and easy to join any tours around La Paz. Staff are really kind to provide any help. The rooms facing the road are not suitable for people having difficulties to fall asleep, as it’s in La Paz, the traffic is busy through night and there is poor noise isolation. Breakfast is very basic."

"Beautiful historical property a few steps from central town square, feels like living in a museum but with modern facilities. Service is top, particularly liked the breakfast. only weak spot is the WiFi, even though I understand that it is difficult to get the signal to the remotest rooms. I would return, when in Sucre again."

"This is a high-priced hotel. Front desk staff and spa staff were excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, its location is up on a hill which provides lovely views of the salar. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and facilities modern. However the dining options and staff need some serious attention. The dining staff spent more time on their phones than attending the food and customers. One evening we weren’t offered drinks and had to go to the bar and interrupt staff member on their phone to...
