"Beautiful views of Titicaca. Close to all. Great staff."

"Great location, friendly staff, can pay fee to get a room early if you arrive on an early flight, good breakfast included in stay, dinner at restaurant is delicious, nice views. Strange that it’s located in a high rise building occupying only two floors (5 and 12), but very secure. Modern decor. Staff offered free packed breakfast two days when we left very early for tours. Enjoyed my stay!"

"Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend."

"Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is quiet. Pretty like this hotel but one thing needs attention is the shower room. The floor of the shower room is tile. Tiles are very clean so that they are slippery. If you are seniors, watch your steps when walk into the shower room."

"In the older part of the city. The apartments are old but well maintained. Dust is a part of life there, I think, but that would be the only negative. Floors very dirty. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. Very little English spoken. Surrounding neighbourhood not the greatest, but I think that may be typical for the city. "

"Ok in general I loved this hotel. It's super unique and so cute the bungalows they offer. However a few issues... very cold which is understood but they don't have solar power water heaters which could have helped. They forgot to turn the gas on for us to use hot water. The bungalow while lovely was cold. There are other designs that could let the sunlight and and make it warmer. The internet hardly works here. Plus they offer all these services that were not available. And then I thought...
