"The overall stay was fine and pleasant. The property and room was clean, though a little patchwork was visible on the walls. The spa and massage was very nice. The staff was friendly but had some weird policies like not giving water except on the first day of stay, so had to buy water, which is normally expected from a hotel to be provided. "Nice spacious apartment with sizeable balcony. Large living area. Only about 5 mins walk from Cat Cocos ferry jetty and only 1 min away from bus stop. We met the owner in the morning - very friendly and he gave us some good advice for things to see. "
