"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Definitely worth spending 3 or four nights on this island to explore the many beaches. What I liked: (1) food was amazing. Both a la carte and buffet (2) staff were great. Helpful and very kind. We felt very well treated (3) the hotel pool is unreal. "The overall stay was fine and pleasant. The property and room was clean, though a little patchwork was visible on the walls. The spa and massage was very nice. The staff was friendly but had some weird policies like not giving water except on the first day of stay, so had to buy water, which is normally expected from a hotel to be provided. Wonderful Stay!

"We loved every minute of our 6 night stay. Annia is a wonderful Friendly and welcoming host. Anything you need or want to know just ask and she'll be more than happy to help and always with a smile.The Island of Praslin is stunning and footprints is an excellent accommodation with a small pool, beach access and a wonderful array of flora and fauna in its grounds.Our accommodation consisted of an open plan Kitchen and living room, a large bedroom with a king bed and on suite shower room. It had everything we needed for our stay and was cleaned daily. The beach is amazing and was uncrowded. My wife and I really enjoyed swimming in the beautiful warm sea. We also enjoyed kayaking and Kayaks are complimentary at footprints. We would highly recommend this property for your stay on Praslin. "

Beachfront Creole villa with incredible ocean views and private plunge pool

"Amazing property in all respects and excellent interactions with the owner, property managers, cleaners etc. Would highly recommend. Only slight caution would be for a family with small children--would need to be supervised as the pool is in a beautiful but elevated position and the beach/coral next to the house can be a little challenging to swim in when the sea is rough (we were there in the windy season), but our teenage children loved it!"
