"stinky pillows not replaced despite requests. excellent buffet with seared ahi tuna! new system great as reservations not required for the a la cartes except the japanese. first come first served & waiting lists usually about 45 minutes & paged by text. churros available but not freshly fried like in the past & no mexican fiesta with traditional games. steakhouse new york strip with chimichurri so good. japanese could learn from other tepanyaki ginger & sesame sauces. no tamales or enchiladas...

"The food was excellent. The room was clean and well thought out. Spacious with a nice table and two chairs, comfortable bed, enough cupboard space for clothes and belongings. The property itself was clean, tidy and well maintained. The beach was long and walkable. Highly recommended."

"It was nice having multiple places to eat. We ate at each restaurant while we were there. The bathrooms/showers should be the first thing they update but it was fine. It was interesting how everything shut off when you left the room or air conditioner shut off when balcony opened. Great idea!"

"We liked the property and enjoyed our stay but we found that there were alot of stairs and inclined and declined pathways. Very hard for someone with mobility issues. I need a knee replacement and we found we were to tired after supper to go anywhere. Our jacuzzi tub quit working halfway through the week and the staff went out of there way to fix it for us for the last evening. "

"We travel a lot and was apprehensive about this place because of some reviews but we were travelling with a larger group and decided to come and we were pleasantly surprised! We were a family of 4 with a 5 and 6 year old. Staff was very friendly, Regelio our waiter at the pool was amazing and very attentive! "Actually composing a review because I went down the same rabbit hole you are doing right now. Noticed a lot of 10 out of 10’s when doing our research, then looked at all the bad reviews and started to question whether or not we should go here (as those reviews were obviously drastically different). After a week spent, I can tell you that (as far as all-inclusives go) this place is awesome. It’s not a big party scene, you don’t get those super cheesy entertainment dances every night, but it’s high-quality, the food is actually good, and the pools are amazing. Most of them are heated, which is surprisingly needed this time of year (winter 2025) And the staff are top notch. Likely due to it being a Delta Marriott, they must have specific standards they need to meet. It is the perfect all inclusive resort if you are wanting to unwind, relax, and spend a week by pools and a mellow beach. "
