"I feel like I was scammed when I booked a room at this hotel. The picture is different from reality, very old and moldy, the refrigerator & bathroom are full of black mold, the changing cabinet is broken and no one can fix it. At 8:00 a.m. when I went down to the breakfast room, there was nothing to eat because they didn't refill anything, only soup, fruit, and a few cold dishes were left. I sat down to eat until 8:35 a.m. when the staff kept asking if breakfast was done so they could serve it,...
