"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! "Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to Nizami street. In front of the hotel there's a mall. The staff and the service were great. I was given a room overlooking the street on my first night and I couldn't sleep, i brought this problem to the staff at 12 am and they were quick to change my room. "

"Overall it was just functional for my needs. However no kettle and cups or tea/coffee provided which was probably the most annoying part. The breakfast was limited but decent enough. The wifi was a bit spotty as well. The location is far to walk to the downtown but bolt is cheap, so about 10mins away "

"We stayed for 4 nights at Parkside Hotel in Baku. The front desk people & housekeeping were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast consisted of a big spread of western and eastern food choices. The hotel is close to a metro station. It's within walking distance to small stores but not to restaurants. "I booked a double room with a king size bed,they give me a single room. Horrible facilities,everything is dirt inside the room. Shower doesn't work. When I did the check out they wanted charge me again because they not found my payment online. Completely a mess. It's not a HOTEL,is a flat and they rent the rooms."

"It is one of the best hotel in Baku to stay with great city view and sea view together. Breakfast spread was amazing, being vegetarian still did not face issue but yes definitely keeping in mind Indians tourist, more vegetarian Indian breakfast options to be included. It was our first marriage anniversary , a bottle of wine was arranged for us it was a very good gesture and highly appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean and regularly serviced. Washrooms had good heated tiling and 24x7 hot water availability"
