"Bristol Hotel closed as i found out after booking, however staff contacted me and offered better room right on Baku's richest shopping street (Nizami) owned by same owner as Bristol was, I can not say enough good things about how the staff handled this and how far they went out of way to offer top service! "I booked a double room with a king size bed,they give me a single room. Horrible facilities,everything is dirt inside the room. Shower doesn't work. When I did the check out they wanted charge me again because they not found my payment online. Completely a mess. It's not a HOTEL,is a flat and they rent the rooms."
