Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. "We have just returned from our holiday at Aquisis! We were surprised how big the site was. Just like a village really! Our hotel room was modern and comfortable with fantastic sea views. Every evening we were treated to wonderful sunsets. The food was of good standard with plenty of choice. The staff seemed happy in their jobs and could not do enough for you. The whole site was spotless too. We are hopefully returning next year and bringing friends. "

"Room is big , good with additional room. But not so clean, abit dusty and some stain and need to dine in room so not so comfort. Purposely choose this because it state 24hr frontdesk, who knows door is still lock and PIC is not in, had requested help from neighbour nearby only able to go in the gate then but still need to wait for staff to come from other places. Prepayment with hotel.com may have some confusement upon check out. But settled at the end"

"Nice location between strip and main town, awesome views to whole sea area. The location is great between old harbour, town, bazaar and new marina so plenty of options for dining. The room was a bit small for 3 but we went slightly cheaper knowing we'd eat out all the time. Breakfast was acceptable and burgers etc are good at the pool but we didn't eat in the main restaurant. Pool and loungers are on the top floor with even better views. Buses stop right outside so travel to other beaches...
