"We chose this hotel to stay at for Xmas for the facilites. This hotel is not 4 stars, would rate it at 2.5. Most facilities listed either did not work or were closed. No sauna, no spa, no heated pool, no cafe, no deli bar, fitness centre had a couple of machines only. Hamam worked but no lights so could not use.
