"Check in was very easy and they were kind enough to hold my bags until my proper check in time. The first room I was given had some mold in it and a small hole in the bottom of the wall. They were again very kind and switched me to a different room that was very clean. If you get placed on one side of the hotel though you can hear whatever club it is next door very late into the night unfortunately. "

"Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us. The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging. The diving was enjoyable, but the highlight was definitely the shark dives. The dive team are well informed and are able to provide good insight into the nearby shark population and their place in the ecosystem. "Private island with no outsiders. Have daily activities for sightseeing and snorkeling. Vert quiet and safe. Staff are very friendly. Great for vacation with privacy!"

"Stayed in the overwater bungalow and it was phenomenal... living right on top of the beautiful reef with the large wall was a dream. Check in and check out were comfortable and easy, with the resort making it easy to enjoy all the amenities even after check out time. Will definitely recommend over and over!"

"We loved Toberua. It’s a secluded island with very beautiful views. The Bures are amazing, the staff are so kind and sweet and the food is amazing! Our only suggestions are - improving the WiFi, so that guests can stream movies etc. There is no TV in the room and so WiFi is crucial. And our other suggestion would be to tie up with a doctor service for when guests get sick - maybe a telehealth service? My wife got sick and had to take a boat ride car ride to the doctor. "The hotel's grounds is huge, and nicely landscaped. Every staff members were very friendly, helpful and courteous. only minor thing was the beach's water was not crystal clear, like other islands that we visited."
