"The service staff and facilities are phenomenal! Charlotte is an absolute gem- kindly going well above her requirements to make our stay comfortable and special. She had escorted me to our room, provided a complimentary champagne for our anniversary and took our dine-in order within minutes of checking in. Charlotte was very courteous in bringing it to our room at the exact time I had asked. Wonderful! "

"Very nasty bathroom with black mould. Tiny bed, but linen was clean. Dirty carpets. Fabulous location and if you don’t mind mould and stains, the staff were lovely and clearly did their best "
