"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

"This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy. "

Great Hotel

"Spent a week at Vientios del Sur and and was happy with everything, especially the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and it is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in central Pucón."

"We loved our stay at Hotel Maki. The fabric art decorating the hotel is very beautiful as is all the natural wood. We had a lovely balcony overlooking a gorgeous garden. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things. We would return and stay there again!"
