"The hotel is well situated. The rooms are clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms are not big and the bathrooms are very small. So, be aware of that. I was also surprised that they wouldn't let us check in an hour early (2pm instead of 3pm) when the hotel was nearly empty and the rooms were obviously ready."

"This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy. "

"Incredible location on a slope overlooking the lake. The on site manager is warm and attentive. It is secluded from Pucón without being far away. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside is the short unpaved road to the property. We managed fine with an SUV two wheeled drive. 4WD might be helpful but not necessary. "
