"My room was very good and view out of the window was good. There is an extensive offer of restaurants with very good Indian cuisine. The hotel building is in a compound on a rather noisy road. The terrain behind the hotel and outside the compound of the property needs cleaning. "

"Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor's form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor's" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. "At check-in, first rep did not find my reservation and was asking if the booking was in any other name. I produced hard copy of Expedia confirmation and another rep completed check-in process. The first rep did not come back to acknowledge that my reservation was there! Next, I asked if there was a business desk and computer for me to use. Front desk pointed me to a room which had a desktop, monitor and printer. It was switched off and there were no instructions how to turn on, and there was no help available. I did not dine at the property so no comment about that. (Tip: I walked to Inox next block and ate at the Eat place. Good food, clean facility and inexpensive. Service a bit slow but good) Used the fitness center - one elliptical and two treadmills, there were 3-5 people wanting to use the machines! Checkout was very smooth. 👍 Overall enjoyed my stay."
