Seems like a new place and I’m not sure if this is a 5 star hotel due to the following reasons 1. Service is very slow especially during the breakfast. 2. Food taste is very average for the price being a star rated hotel. Overall, this is a good/descent option for Guntur.

Great hotel in Guntur. Stayed there few times always happy with customer service . Staff are very accommodating and helpful and always go extra mile to help . Dinner buffet could have been better with choices and change of menu. Room is clean and spacious and minimalistly decorated to what needed .

Negatives: From the time of arrival until departure, we never felt welcomed! Poor service in the restaurant, reception staff answers calls but you never get what you asked for.
