"I stayed here for 4 nights. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. There were only 2 channels in English and neither had good content so I used my laptop to watch YouTube. Breakfast was good, variety of food and attentive staff. Sameers team were great. Reception staff were very helpful also. Had an issue with one of the staff members in the gym but this was quickly resolved by the hotel. They definitely pay attention to customer service. "

" It is a safe and quiet area. The hotel is very clean. Food is delicious. I like the buffet nights in the first-floor dining room. Carmela rendered service above and beyond her job.
