"Our family of 4 who had booked to stay at the Khuttar Apartments, but when we arrived the concierge informed us that there was a "patient" in the room and we couldn't get into the room. Apparently the person who was in the room the night before was sick and couldn't leave (yes, very odd). We were told we could wait a few hours until they were better and the room was ready or stay at their "sister" hotel - same star rating and they would give us a better price.
