"Reception area and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious, it was also nice having tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. There was a good variety and plenty of food in the restaurant. "

"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. "Very modern and comfortable apartment. I was surprised at the size of the apartment with room for 3 or 4 Adults. The apartment was overlooking the Altea bay club and was a short drive to Altea town. A car is essential to get around the area with limited public transportation available. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, I would recommend and possibly return in the future. "
