"We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill! "Excellent communication from Roy the host from start to finish, with excellent tips for restaurants from him and places to go from his son. Villa is a 12 euro ride from Benidorm and even shorter to terra mitica and terra natura. Villa is a spacious 5 bedroom with all amenities you could need including washing machine, iron and hair dryers. The maintenance team are only a message away and quickly sorted our 1 problem. "When we arrived at the villa we were blown away! The photos don’t do it justice! 8 adults stayed and you never felt on top of each other. Lots of lovely areas to relax away from everyone if needed! It was so so clean, light and airy. It had everything and more that you need. Lots of extras too! The wine and beer and other treats were such a lovely touch. "Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks ."
