"We couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel is out in the sticks, so you need transport to get around. The hotel is very helpful with arrangements, although it can get expensive. The Anima Gardens a 10 minute ride away, was worth visiting. The hotel is aging a little, but is very quaint and a good place to relax. "My stay could have got much better if it was not about the spa, I went twice the 1st with 2 treatments were good experience but in the 3rd treatment the massage was not so good and money was stolen from me. I had been to reception to change euros and went directly to the spa, paid my treatment and when I left 200 dirham = 20 euros were missing . I complained about it to the spa because they’re independent from the resort. I didn’t get any return. Also my son didn’t like his massage at all. "

"That's very authentic hotel. My room, all buildings and everything around are very unique and beautiful! I was enjoying every day being in hotel and having trips to Marrakesh and Casablanca. The hotel provides a free shuttle to go to city and back. When I come back to Marrakesh again I will be staying in the same hotel!"
