"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. "The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "
