The pool area is fantastic. A great range of included on-site activities - we had a great time at Sujith's mocktail masterclass, and the female guide who led the stargazing and geology walk (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so good. "The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"Great location to explore the Jebel Akhdar plateau. Hotel is a little bit tired but is still pretty good value for money. Friendly staff and licensed restaurant. Water heaters not particularly effective so don't expect a hot shower."
