"The stay was fine but the airport transfer driver was late. He arrived at the hotel at 10.50am. I saw him pull up but hotel staff told me to wait. The driver left to “drop someone somewhere” and was late returning for the 11am shuttle. I had a flight to catch at 12pm and check-in closed at 11.15am — and the driver arrived back at the hotel at 11.12am. It was pretty frustrating. "
