"Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities."

"Excellent budget option for Niseko resort. Located with convenience stores, grocery store, and restaurant's nearby. Timely free ski shuttle as well. "

"Room is big and clean, just toilet too small for our room at 8th floor. Hotel is renovating, hope will have a bigger toilet in future. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good. No chance to try the onsen, hope will have a chance in future."

"This was a gorgeous place to be in the middle of Winter. The hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature and lake are breathtaking. Ee had a few things planned for the visit, but preferred just to stay in the hotel/resort"

"Great ski in ski out location for Niseko Grand Hirafu. So convenient. Easy bus from Sapporo to the hirafu visitor center about a 5 minute walk away also. We loved the private onsen in our room. That turned out to be a highlight. Comfortable beds, clean room. The outside of the hotel looks a little rough. Needs a paint job but everything else was perfect!"

"Midtown Niseko was great. The staff were super helpful especially helping us with transit, picking us up at the Hirafu Welcome center, calling cab when we needed, etc. The hotel is just a little out of the super crowded areas. There is the free shuttles but we chose to walk most of the time into the busier restaurant area. It was about 15-20 mins in the cold and was doable with those shoe spikes (it’s very slick around here! And very hard to cross the road!) but hotel was perfect. Small rooms but really well appointed for staying organized with our tons of snow luggage and gear. Had convenient laundry too. Would def recommend! "
