"Beds were a bit uncomfortable, service needs to improve as it took 25-30 mins to check in. Also there doesn’t appear to a queueing system at reception, so people just kept pushing in. Room itself was spacious and well appointed. The beds were singles, and were very hard. Parking is free, so is bottled water. Breakfast was ok, not going to set the world alight, but was a reasonable standard"

"Bed is comfortable. Toilet bidet is leaking and makes the toilet a bit dangerous when step out of the bath tub as nothing to hold on. Breakfast buffet is OK for a price of AED55. Location is considered OK but always need to take taxi going to tourist spots. Hotel don't have shuttle service. You have to go out under the scorching heat of the sun to get a taxi. Room is clean and cozy. Receptionists and Restaurant Servers are attentive and friendly. I still recommend this hotel and will score it at...

"What's literally not good in this hotel: no iron ,no hair dryer ,only one towel in the bathroom ,the AC has only cold option no heat available and when you try to take a shower after 10 to 15 minutes water turns cold. The price is high for a 3-stars hotel."
