"My wife and I visited from the United States. Overall, we really liked this property. The hotel itself is very elegant, has a lot of nice dining options, and is conveniently attached to a mall. Furthermore, the grounds on the outside are fantastic. The private beach and pool areas are very well laid out, and are nice spots to relax after exploring the city. The service staff are extremely polite and professional, and were very accommodating throughout the stay. The only minor complaints we had...

" During my stay at the apartment, I noticed the following issues: • There were no dishwashing supplies or tools provided. • Laundry detergent for the washing machine was also unavailable. • The housekeeping staff did not wash the dishes or provide any dishwashing soap or tools. • Additionally, the microwave made a loud and unpleasant noise during operation. "Have stayed here over the years and its not the newest of hotels. However the Manager very kindly gave us a suite when I mentioned the Wife would be on her own during the day whilst I attended an exhibition. It was a nice touch which je didn't have to do. Bed was firm (i like that) but not toy Wife's taste."
