Recently renovated beachfront condo that is literally only steps away from the beach. Two beach chairs and one umbrella included from March 1st - October 31st. A large king size bed welcomes you to fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves or stream your favorite show on a brand new 55-inch smart tv.

The condo sleeps up to four adults and 2 kids thanks to a large queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoys watching movies at night or catching the big game on the 75-inch 4k tv. No need to share the tv since the kids can enjoy their shows on their own private smart TV in their own bunk room.

The modern kitchen has all the tools you need to take your fresh catch and turn it into a gourmet dinner and serve it on the beautiful quartzite countertop and island counter. Take your indoor-outdoor living to the next level with the expansive new deck that includes a rain guard allowing you to spend as much time as you can savor the stunning ocean views along with al fresco dining. With these new updates, the space you have available is nearly doubled! You and your family can enjoy those quick pop-up showers without having to go back inside! New stay cool technology keeps the deck nice and cool even on the hottest summer days.

A private shower off the deck gives you the convenience to wash off the sand before returning to the condo, while you can leave your beach gear on the expansive landing.

There is plenty to do on site with numerous swimming pools, tennis courts and even a pitch & putt golf course. No need to pay for rackets or clubs as these are provided. Food is not a concern as the property boast two great spots. Enjoy a quick bite at Rick’s Sandtrap for some great fish tacos! For a amazing dinner, you can not do better than the award-winning Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant on the waterfront. Avoid the beach crowds on your very own private beach. And don’t worry about having to haul all your gear because you are only a minute walk away from the beach.

First, I selected this property because of the other positive reviews and I can tell you I am glad I did. The condo is very cute and clean. It's conveniently located to the beach access point (right out the patio door and it's right there!), the patio/porch is a great place to sit and hang out, the included chair service was awesome, and so close to great restaurants and stores that I pretty much walked everywhere. The owners are super responsive to any inquiries and really care that the property meets your expectations and to help you any way they can. If I ever go back to Destin, I will stay here again!

This condo was perfectly located for quick beach access. Sand directly off your porch and your complimentary beach chair awaits ~30 seconds away (depending on how fast you walk)! It was super easy for us to get our 2 young kids to and from the beach with ease. Also the individual decks and showers/hoses make clean up a breeze before going back inside. Once inside this condo you’ll have nice, clean furniture with all the little things included that you won’t get at most other condos! We loved this place after staying in Destin over a decade it’s our new favorite condo. Will be back!

Even when we decided to stay an additional night it was easy to get a new parking pass from the guard shack. Destin was a little congested but we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is the little things that make a big difference. For instance to have ice in the freezer when we got there was a nice touch that we don't see in other VRBO's. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach. Lots of towels to use, very clean place. I get the impression that this may be a busy place during the summer season. For us it was very quiet. Spent our days at the beach. Highly recommend this condo.

This is our second time to stay with Scott. It is such a perfect location. We love Sandpiper Cover on Holiday Isle. It is quite and away from crowds. Yet, it so close to popular restaurants and other activities. Scott is wonderful! He is helpful and communicates very well before and during the trip. What a great place to stay! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. My kids enjoyed the new pullout couch as an alternative fun movie night in the living while my husband and I enjoyed the big TV in the master. The covered porch allowed us to enjoy the outdoors throughout our day even when it rained a little. The walk to the beach really is quick and allowed us to enjoy the ocean every day! We appreciated the extra spots to store belongings and hooks everywhere to dry towels/suits! Until next time…

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s perfect for our family. It’s very clean, had plenty of kitchenware, towels etc. communication with Scott was great and he had very quick response time.
