This 6th floor condo in the Resorts of Pelican Beach Destin, has spectacular views of the powdery white beaches, emerald water and all the comforts of home. You can relax on our balcony and enjoy the direct view of the beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the United States! Watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Everything is furnished for a 'home away from home' feel. You can take a 10 minute walk along to the beach to the world famous 'Back Porch'. Stay for a Bloody Mary served in a beach pail or stay for lunch. Lots of local fare to snack on including their famous Amber Jack Sandwiches. All this right on the beach so flip flops are not required! Wake up in the morning and walk next door for an incredible breakfast at The Pancakery for incredible pancakes and breakfast. You don't have to worry about losing your key in the sand...This condo has keyless entry - no key to pick up or send back and forth, no key to worry about losing at the beach. There are so many restaurants in the area or you can buy fresh (just off the boat) seafood at the local markets and cook it yourself! The community is gated and guarded for your family's security and you can call the front desk anytime, day or night, if you need anything during your stay. Across the street is the Famous 'Big Kahuna' water and adventure park and Race Track Go-Kart racing.

Favorite place to stay!!
We are a family of 6 with kids aging from 16 to 3 and this was the perfect condo for us! Very clean and spacious! The in room washer/dryer are perfect for getting everything washed through out the week! We will definitely be staying here again! :)

Amazing place!
I loved the location of this condo! The staff was amazing and the owners made sure everything was good to go for us. Checking in was a smooth process, any questions I had the staff was sure to answer. I highly recommend staying here and we will most certainly keep this place as our go to when we visit Destin Beach again.

We LOVE this resort. The kids had an absolute blast, the 3 pools are wonderful, the Tiki Bar is great, food at the Cafe is delicious! Our room and view were wonderful.

Great girl's weekend with the cousins!
This condo is in a great location! Just steps from the beach and easily walking distance to Winn Dixie, souvenir shops, and a gas station is direction across the street with all kinds of snacks. The cafe in the resort had a good breakfast as well! The condo unit was clean, well equipped, and had enough bedding for all 8 of us. The view is SPECTACULAR.

This property was amazing!! It was everything I could have asked for. Bonus was the lower bunk bed that was twice the size and could sleep my twins with 3rd child on top. View was awesome, food in the pool shop was fantastic, indoor pool was a surprise. This resort has it all. Great location as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Plumbing Issues need addressing.
Although clean when we arrived, there was a smell we tracked to the washer. Called to have that fixed but the chemicals they put in did not get rid of the stench. So no washer. Master bath tub only slowly drained as well. As we were cleaning up to depart, found the disposal side of the sink backs up and the dishwasher had standing water in it causing us to hand wash everything.

Good times
This was our first visit to the Destin area. We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, pans, and cooking utensils. There was even an electric griddle! We were a bit unlucky in that we happen to visit during a fairly large maintenance project. The host did reach out and apologize for the disruption to our stay. We will be back to visit again.

We loved our stay here. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. Great location. Loved the suggestion for Pancakery - my husband and I agreed those were the best omelets we’ve had in a while. One thing to note, this is a wrist band property. If you have family staying in Destin at a different location, they will not be able to join you here. You only get 6 wrist bands. We just ended up meeting our family down the beach so it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay again.
