Walk into the private gates of our beautifully landscaped house and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The 75ft x 150ft oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy while actually being in the center of everything.

This property was purchased by new owners (Nov 2020) and has had plenty of upgrades and refinements since purchased! From technology to new luxury furniture and decor, you will not be disappointed. Our guests are in awe the second they walk into the homes featuring 11 different cheerful room colors.

POOL:The pool is 5 ½ ft deep (3ft at shallow end) and has been converted to a salt water. Not to confuse this with water in the gulf. It simply takes salt and converts it to chlorine making it feel silky and smooth. Approx. size is 12’x20’

Enjoy the gulf breeze in a 6 seater Street Legal Golf Cart. No hassle with going to pick it up. It’ll be here waiting on you when you arrive. Included complementary with your stay. Min 3-night rental off season and 7-night minimum June/July.

MAIN HOUSE The main house is a 1527 sq ft open floor plan with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. It is a one story home which features a 23’ x 21’ great room having an 18ft cathedral ceiling and is the ultimate spot for entertaining with a long unique dining table and new entertainment equipment (70” OLED smart TV, Sonos surround sound system, highest speed Internet). Windows surround this home allowing a view into the courtyard area from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath features a garden tub and a full size glass enclosed stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and smooth-top range. The kitchen also has an insta-pot/air fryer and Margaritaville ice shaver/blender for your enjoyment. This house sleeps 4 in beds. There is a queen air mattress in the guest closet to sleep 2 more.

GUEST HOUSE
The guest house is a 2 story 1000 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath. It also has an 18ft cathedral ceiling giving the home a larger feel. The living room has a TV with cable, AppleTV, & DVD player. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. This unique property having a Guest House verses Guest Quarters, has a fully equipped kitchen making it a perfect choice for 2 families. This house sleeps 6 in beds (including the queen sleeper sofa in living room).

LOFT
The loft above the garage is a haven for the kids to hang out in. It has a ½ bath and a TV/DVD player. There is a Queen sleeper sofa along with a twin daybed with trundle to comfortably sleep 4 total.

Every bedroom/sleeping space has either a smartTV or TV with cable box.

Walk 1 long block south and enjoy our world-class beach. Destin Commons Mall is just to the north 1/4 mile and boasts something for everyone from shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. All accessible by our golf cart!

We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25.

Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking)

Pool can be heated at $50/night and $250/week. Please inquire about this before making your reservation so that we can send a complete quote.
CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Due to usually having a check in on the same days as checkout, requests for early check in or late checkout are rarely approved. You can inquire the week of your arrival as there may be a gap in rental stays. Additionally, our property is large and requires the full vacancy time for our cleaning crew to properly prepare the property for our guests.

I cannot say enough about our stay at Gigi’s paradise. The golf card provided kept us less than one minute from the beach. The property was very beautiful and comfortable and decorated as the perfect beach home. The owner returned an answer to a question for me within 30 minutes. This was the first 'family' vacation for myself, my brothers, parents and our extended families having taken together. WE all enjoyed Destin and staying at Gigis!!! The house was a perfect fit for us and very close to the beach. It was nice having the golf cart so we could head to the beach with ease and there was golf cart parking at the beach. We utilized the pool daily on the property as well. This was the perfect stay for our four families. With main house, guest house and loft there was plenty of space to hang together and also additional privacy for each family. Location was perfect as it was just a short walk to beach or restaurants and stores and if you didn’t want to walk, the golf cart was available for use. Owner was very responsive and open to questions and requests. This is a must stay place if you plan to visit Destin and want the ability to lay by the pool, hang at beach and visit all the area has to offer.

Would like to say it was our first time at gigis sunshine and it did not disappoint. Super convenient w/ great amenities. We are a family of 6 and so much room. House has everything you need from golf cart, short drive to beach, beach necessities to include beach chairs, towels. You have everything you need staying here. I cannot praise this property / owner enough. Our vacation was perfect. Nestled in a beachy subdivision this place was amazing. We had privacy, a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach with a golf cart and bikes. Bright Cheerful Large Rooms, lovely pool, close to everything with all the amenities you could possibly need. We found more when we were packing up to leave that we never noticed. We are already planning our next vacation and unanimously we will be booking this property. Char was amazing and very responsive. Fantastic Family Vacation Home!!
GiGi Sunshine was a fantastic vacation home for our family vacation. The 2 houses and loft were the perfect amount of space for all of us! Having the pool on the property was great for my grand-kids and my elderly parents and the golf cart made it so easy to go to the beach-especially since my mom has such a hard time walking. The pool temp was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The property manager, Car was very easy to work with and found it very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying at GiGi's again!

Wonderful beach vacation property!
This property is a wonderful choice for my family. Great for kids and adults (well-maintained pool and plenty of space in the houses)! Great for pets (fence, green space, nice sidewalks to take walks). All the conveniences of home (Wi-Fi, laundry, close to lots of grocery stores, cable TV, etc), Amazing golf cart, Great beach access (Just a block or two away). Weather was perfect our entire week.

Fantastic Stay
We had 8 adults/adult children for a week’s stay at GiGi’s Paradise. It was exactly as described. The house is very well equipped from the kitchen to the wifi, pool toys, new grill, ping pong, bikes, golf cart etc. It was very clean and big enough to comfortably take more than our 8 (plus small dog). The golf cart is incredibly convenient as the beach, groceries, restaurants etc are very nearby. Last, Car, the property owner/manager was extremely communicative and responsive to questions. We even chose to stay an additional night. We have stayed at many VRBOs and highly recommend this property!!
