"The condo/unit was gorgeous - super clean and had everything you could possibly need. Fantastic views, and so close to the beach. The beds were super comfy, tons of fluffy towels, and also bikes, boogie boards, blender, gas grill ...anything you needed was there. The AC and ice machine was awesome too. Marcos was so helpful and gave us some good tips on local trips. Rincon was a great little town. We didn't want to leave!!!!"

"Fabulous house with wonderful pool and gorgeous views of the ocean. Our family of 9 ages 9-81 had a wonderful week of swimming, snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding, jet skiing and surfing all within close proximity to Tranquilo. Couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to spend our week."

"Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. Saw a pod of humpback whales while enjoying morning coffee, twice!! Beautiful sunsets. Youth baseball diamond nearby is often busy, bringing family friendly energy (and some traffic). Hot tub was...

The only good thing about this property is its location, if you don't mind putting your family into a spartan camp situation, that is. Having read previous negative reviews, I contacted the owner 6 MONTHS prior to my stay and was reassured that all items have been fixed and are in good working order. "We booked this property last minute when we decided to extend our stay in Rincon...and I wish I had found it earlier and stayed here for our entire time in Rincon. The property gets 10/10 for quality (commercial grade finishes and furniture), location, aesthetic, etc. It's not beach front but its a 20 second walk to the beach. The only thing it lacks is a clothes washer/dryer but its worth the sacrifice! Can't wait to re-book for our next Rincon stay."
