"My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. It was in a quiet part of Aguada and we practically had the building to ourselves. The pool was nice and the property clean. Parking was easy. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay."

"The views and sounds of the ocean are AMAZING. There are supplies for washer and dryer as well as shampoo , conditioner & body wash. Unit has AC but you can also feel the breeze if you choose. There is good snorkeling from the public beach. There are places close by for groceries. The decor is top notch. Airport choices are Aguadilla, Ponce, or San Juan if you want a further drive. "

"This is a wonderful property - very well thought out and all the things that make your vacation run well are included. The property is only about one-half block to the beach, which we had to ourselves most of the time. There are laundry facilities on site, beach chairs, pool noodles, sand toys, even a beach bag and a cooler. We loved all the hammocks for relaxing, and having our morning coffee on the covered porch. My teenage nieces were traveling with us, and we felt safe enough to leave them...

"The view was amazing, just like the picture. There was a small bump in the check in and I called them and in 10 minutes everything was resolved. They were very courteous, attentive to what was needed. I will recommend it to anyone. I also met some people at the place and they love it as well, they are returning customers I’m sure I will be back against."

"We arrived super late to find unchanged sheets. They clearly had been sleeper in and had not been changed. The owner was very accessible. I was able to find 2 sets of sheets from a supply room to put on the beds so we could sleep somewhere. We canceled the next day but it still ended up be an expensive night because of all the fees for such an unpleasant night."

"This place has potential however the management was poorly run. They gave us the wrong check in code and never got back to our emails or calls. Luckily the owner was there and let us in. Otherwise we did not hear back from them the entire evening or following day. The refrigerator did not work and when we tried to ask for assistance they didn’t offer any help. The owners dog was left at home all day and was incessantly barking and crying so we could not relax at the property during the day ....

"We loved the apartment as it contained everything that we needed for our ten day stay. For the first week we did not have a car but found lots to explore on foot. We walked down to the artisan’s market on Thursday night and had dinner in town. We felt perfectly safe walking home after dark. Grocery stores, fruit stands and other food vendors were convenient. We loved the beach and walked Dow down to watch the sunset every night. Thanks Alex for your great attention."

"This property is absolutely amazing and magical! There’s almost no way to fully describe just how beautiful the property is! The landscaping is beautifully done and provides the renter with tons of fruit trees and a totally tranquil living space. The house was clean and the perfect size for us. The bedrooms were cool but the other parts of the house were a little warm. There’s always a breeze, so we could have opened the windows to let in some fresh air. We spent 99% of our time outdoors anyway....
