"Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."

"Arrived early evening and found our key and name on a table outside of what appeared to be the main entrance. We entered the building and were made to feel fairly unwelcome and it was pointed out that our entrance was around the corner in the car park, we asked where breakfast was served it was in the dining room next to the main entrance.
