Villas in Denizli Province

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

"Firstly I need to mention this is not a 4 bedroom property. It may well sleep 8 (sofa bed?), but it only has 3 actual bedrooms. This was not a problem for us. The villa was really nice, very comfortable and was well equipped with everything you might need. The pool area was nice, plenty of sun beds, and someone came every day to clean the pool. It was so clean and the outside space was amazing. Contact with the host throughout was good. A 5-10 min walk to the centre with various options to reach the front prom. "The host was accommodating, we arrived late due to flight delays, car hire issues, directions etc.., Ali kept in contact and helped with directions and waited for us, he also extended our check out time, which was much appreciated as we had small children with us. The pool was lovely and very well maintained. The beds and linens were clean and tidy. Some of the kitchen appliances could do with some maintenance. A car is needed at the location. "

"The location of the villa was ideal for us but unfortunately the villa did not live up to expectations. The surrounds were unkempt and the grass needed a cut which was done much later into our vacation. The inside of the property is tired and requires updating in many places. My contact with the owner prior to my visit I found to be very responsive and helpful but investment in the update of a lovely property and its management in my opinion needs serious consideration."
