"Only stayed for one night but it was just over half the price of the local Premier inn and I was given an apartment not a room, pretty clean with a sea view and plenty to do there although I didn't have time to use any of the amenities. Free parking on site and a decent restaurant, Only thing is it's a pretty old hotel and looking a bit dated and tired but not really an issue. I will try to book this hotel again if I am in the area in the future."

"Room was small but very tidy, it had everything we needed. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but ok for one night. The view was amazing, high over other houses the countryside stretched for miles. Don’t book if you don’t like heights. Unfortunately there was something making a noise all night (heating, A/C, water) I don’t know what but it sounded like a heart beat all night long and kept me awake. "The Torcroft was a great place to stay in Torquay. The hosts, Gary and Philip were friendly and professional and could not have done more to make my stay great. They were full of helpful hints on places to go whilst staying in Torquay. The breakfast was lovely and always freshly cooked to order. The bedrooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. I'd definitely recommend a stay here. "

"Contrary to some reviews i have read about this establishment, we were very impressed! The staff were really lovely and very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean,well appointed and quiet. We ate there both evenings of our stay and i honestly couldn't fault our meals in any way. Simply delicious and plenty of it. Breakfast was also very good and massive! We will definately be staying here again and i thouroughly,wholeheartedly reccommend it to anyone. Well done Burrator inn."

"We had a fantastic few days in Brixham, so glad we booked to stay here. The views are spectacular, even on a grey November day. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. Hot shower, comfortable bed, yards from the sea, Shoalstone pool (which had just closed for the winter but a few brave souls were in the sea) and the South West Coast Path. A bonus to have free off road parking. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Thank you Kevan and Gemma, we will definitely be back! "

"Lovely property in close proximity to the beach at Challaborough Bay and a short walk to Bigbury. The property was as described and overlooks the Challaborough Bay holiday park. It's great for surfing and visiting Bigbury/Burgh Island. Salcombe is a short drive and there are many National Trust places to visit. Note that the drive down to the property is a typical road to the coast (e.g. steep and narrow)."
