"Being at The Nest beginning the 3rd of September for a week was perfect. The landscape was ablaze with fall colors, and the tops of the mountains began to be covered in snow. Looking out the front window was like looking at a painting!! On our first night there we were greeted by a large cow moose wandering past the front deck. "Stayed a couple of days in Talkeetna for New Years. Everyone loved the cabin. My kids loved the loft area and playing outside on the property, especially doing s'mores with the firepit. My wife enjoyed the sauna and being able to relax and read a book with an amazing view of the outdoors, and I enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. We all had a blast and can't wait to go back. Amazing hosts!"

"Beautiful spot. Rustic of course. The road in is quite difficult. You need both the 4wd (which I had) and some offroading skills (which maybe I had less of). But Dave got us through it; picked us up inhis ATV and got our car out. If you do decide to try it yourself you need to commit to it. I got stuck because I was timid. Ideally get there before dark."

"The property was great! We were able to check in early thanks to the hardworking, friendly housekeeper. The cabin looked new and is very cute! It was very clean, cozy, comfortable, and easily accessible for my aunt who uses a cane. The beds were also comfortable with fluffy pillows and very soft sheets. There was plenty of parking in front as well! Thank you! We would definitely stay there again!😊"

"My husband and I loved our stay at Tim’s cabin. It had everything we needed, was close to Denali NP and quite comfortable. We loved how the cabin was decorated and felt right at home. Tim kindly left some provisions in the cabin for us too! (There is no cell service, but the cabin was equipped with WiFi if you need to check in with people back home). We would absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you Tim!"

"We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay which has a private bath and was near Denali. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything we needed. The bed wasn't very comfy, but that is a subjective thing. The walls between units were thin, so we turned on our white noise (phone) to sleep. They weren't loud, but we could easily hear them.
